The latest estimates show that hard drive prices will not return to normal until sometime in 2014 due to the shortages that occurred from the floods in Thailand over a year ago. Western Digital may have been one of the hardest hit, but things have recovered enough so that the company is now shipping a 4TB enterprise-class hard drive, but pricing remains fairly steep at $459 for the SATA 6Gb/s version. The Zalman CNPS9900DF is a twin-fan cooler that uses Zalman's flower-style design and three 6mm diameter heatpipes. We also picked up another review on an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti video card.
