The Bicymple Takes the Chains Off, Makes Cycling Simpler
How do you improve on a bicycle's efficiency when its basic design has remained pretty much the same for years? The folks behind Bicymple may have the answer to that: with a sleek pedal-driven frame on two-wheels, and it comes without a chain. Getting rid of the chain made for some improvements in the bike's frame: lesser moving parts, a smaller wheelbase, and in this case, provides a minimalist design. A chain-less, single speed bike also allows for easier maintenance, and as the video suggests, appears to be a breeze to ride on. Interested in getting one? The lightweight Bicymple isn't available yet, although details on pricing and availability should be ironed out soon.
