For some time now I have been hoping that Humble Bundle, the company behind the Humble Indie Bundles, would diversify its sales to offer more than just games. Back in July the Humble Music Bundle was on sale and featured only music from artists such as Jonathan Coulton and today the Humble eBook Bundle has gone on sale with eight different titles from seven different authors:
As is always the case with Humble Bundle offers, these books are available without DRM and in multiple formats: PDF, EPUB, and MOBI. (Signal to Noise however is only available in PDF and EPUB formats.) The MOBI file format is used by Amazon Kindle devices while the EPUB format is used by just about every other ereader, including the Barnes and Noble Nook. Obviously tablets and smartphones will also be able to read these files using appropriate apps.
