If you look at the video game release schedule for the rest of this year, odds are you will find a wealth of sequels. Some are only on a second title, while others are much farther along, which is something Dishonored's executive producer Julien Roby has noticed. Speaking in a recent interview, Roby believes people are "getting tired of just playing the same thing over and over." He believes gamers are "starving" for a new title, and hopes they try Dishonored because it does something different than other titles. Two of the most talked about titles from E3 and Gamescom were Watch Dogs and Remember Me; both new IPs just like Dishonored, which is another reason Roby thinks there is a need for something new. All three certainly look to be different from the current crop of games coming this year, and fortunately we do not have long to check out Roby's game. Dishonored arrives on October 9 in North America, October 11 in Australia, and October 12 in Europe for the PC, PS3, and 360.
