By now, it should come as no surprise that the PC version of THQ's Darksiders II wasn't exactly the version PC gamers wanted, but the company has been making strides in fulfilling promises of PC-specific features. The soon-to-be-released PC Patch #3 is the biggest update yet. As seen in the first image below, new graphics options have been added in the form of shadow map resolution, screen space ambient occlusion, and anti-aliasing. The second image shows some new game options, which include an invert X axis option and a camera autocenter toggle. You will now also be able to reset the game to default mappings, as well as map to the NumPad. Lastly, buried at the bottom of the list of bug fixes is the note, "More support for different resolutions with HUD elements."
The patch should be up on Steam soon.
