OCZ Adds 1200 Watt Power Supply to Silencer Series

OCZ has announced that it is adding a 1200 Watt power supply to the PC Power & Cooling Silencer Series. The Silencer Mk III 1200W has the 80 Plus Platinum certification, the highest energy efficiency rating for power supplies, and is said to have 92% efficiency under typical workloads. The Silencer Mk III has a single +12V rail, capacitors rated to 105°C, and the Dual Thermal Control System. This cooling system will allow users to alternate between normal and silent operating modes depending on the situation.
