Google first introduced the Nexus 7 Tablet at its I/O conference last month, and pre-orders have begun shipping. As of now, Google has stopped accepting orders on the 16GB model in the Google Play store, as it has run out of its initial inventory. Those that are interested in purchasing the device can sign up for a reminder e-mail to be sent when the device returns to stock. The 8GB model is still available, and it appears that Google was expecting the lower capacity model to be the better seller. The Nexus 7 features Android 4.1, a quad-core Tegra CPU, and 1GB of RAM. The 8GB model is available for $200 and the 16GB retails for $250 when in stock.
