Edmund McMillen's The Basement Collection Coming to Steam

You may have heard the name Edmund McMillen before – he's the mastermind behind highly successful indie games Super Meat Boy and The Binding of Isaac, both of which are available on Steam. In a recent blog post, Edmund officially announced The Basement Collection, a collection of some of his older works, many of which will be updated with new content, graphics, achievements, and more. The eight game collection will include Time Fcuk, Aether, Spewer, Grey Matter, Coil, Meat Boy (flash prototype), Triachnid, and a secret game to be unlocked. In addition, Edmund stated that the collection "will also feature 4 very large bonus unlockables that should make fans of my work quite happy," as well as a free soundtrack with bonus remixes.

The Basement Collection will arrive on Steam in late August for $4.
