Tomb Raider Teased as More than 'Just One Game'

The new Tomb Raider game is not even out yet, but already developer Crystal Dynamics is looking to the future of the series. The new game is a reboot of the series, but Lara Croft's origin is "not just one game." Crystal Dynamic's global brand director Karl Stewart did not elaborate further because he knows where Lara's story will go, but did say telling her entire origin story will require more than one game. The goal is to show how Lara Croft became, well, Lara Croft that we all know and love, and it is definitely looking like we will get to see the whole picture. As to what exactly that will entail, well, I am willing to bet there will be plenty of tombs (despite Lara proclaiming she "hates" them in the trailer), but we just have to see how the upcoming Tomb Raider plays out when it launches on March 5th, 2013.
