It was just a few days ago we learned that Assassin's Creed III would (possibly) see a delay for the PC version and now another Ubisoft title will have a similar fate. This time Far Cry 3 is being delayed for all platforms in in order to ensure the highest quality game possible. Ubisoft wants every element of the game to be the best, and as such is pushing the release from September to December (or November if you live in Europe). Far Cry 3 will now launch on December 4th in North America and November 29th in Europe, which still primes it for big holiday numbers but not as big as before. Still, at least we will receive the game before 2012 is over, although this could mean one less launch title for Nintendo's Wii U depending on when that system launches. So, two major Ubisoft titles have received delays, but both should perform well regardless of launch date.
