ECS has announced a new motherboard built around the AMD A85X chipset with support for FM2 socket CPUs, the A85F2-A. The board is a standard ATX sized board with two PCIe x16 slots, three PCIe x1 slots, and two PCI slots. The board supports up to 64GB of DDR3 memory and seven 6Gb/s SATA ports with support for a variety of RAID options. Also included are six USB 3.0 ports, eight USB 2.0 ports, one eSATA port, and Gb Ethernet. The board also features A/V options with HDMI, DVI, and eight channel HD Audio.
