Fans of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will soon be getting an expansion to the already massive game in the form of the first DLC. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: Dawnguard is the first DLC for Skyrim, and it will arrive this summer on the Xbox 360 at first. Bethesda has an exclusive deal with Microsoft, so both Dawnguard and the second DLC will be on the 360 at least a month before the PC and PS3. Dawnguard is priced at 1600 Microsoft Points, which comes out to $20 in real money. Today the first official trailer for Dawnguard has been unveiled and it should make everyone eager to get their hands on the DLC. In Dawnguard, it looks like you become a new type of vampire that is able to change form, fly around, and overall be a super powered take on the species. There is also an order called Dawnguard that wants to stop these new vampires from unleashing a new darkness in Skyrim. We get a short look at the new crossbows, but few other new weapons were shown.
More info on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: Dawnguard will be revealed next week during E3, but Bethesda just could not wait any longer to give us the trailer.
