Vampires Get Their Due in DARK

There was once a time when vampires were feared creatures of the night that would terrorize villages and be looked at with contempt. Then something happened and suddenly this fearsome immortal became a glittered up, angsty teenager that had practically nothing in common with legend. What gives? One studio wants to try and get vampires back to their roots courtesy of the upcoming game DARK. DARK is in development at Realmforge Studios and is a third person "stealth action game with RPG elements." You take on the role of a vampire out to find the truth behind an all-powerful corporation. Your character stalks the shadows and can dispatch enemies how only a vampire can. You can build up your skills over time, so maybe you want to improve your speed to close in on enemies in the blink of an eye or disappear at a moments notice. A teaser trailer has been released to show off a little of the world of DARK, and I have to say I cannot wait to jump in.

DARK is set to arrive early next year for the PC and Xbox 360.
