BioShock Infinite Delayed Until February 2013
BioShock Infinite won't be seeing the light of day in October 2012, as Take Two has rescheduled the hotly anticipated game to its new release date on February 26, 2013. Gamers may have lost a potential blockbuster title this year, but Irrational Games' creative director Ken Levine assures us that this delay only serves to make BioShock Infinite a better experience. "When we announced the release date of BioShock Infinite in March, we felt pretty good about the timing. Since then, we've uncovered opportunities to make Infinite into something even more extraordinary," said Levine. There are still a ton of other exciting PC games due this year such as Spec Ops: The Line, Max Payne 3, Diablo 3, The Secret World MMO, Dishonored, the breathtaking Tomb Raider reboot, and more, so BioShock Infinite's extended gestation period shouldn't be too painful for the gaming majority.
