Sometimes a project is just too good to keep to yourself, even if you are the person behind Mega Man. Keiji Inafune was speaking at the Game Developers Conference when he mentioned working on a project for the PlayStation Vita. He stopped before saying anything further because he was not allowed to discuss it at this time, but still, Inafune is working on a project for the PS Vita. The new game could be anything at this point and work could be progressing at either of Inafune's studios (Comcept and Intercept). Hopefully he reveals more information on it before long, as I am eager to see what Inafune is working on. Keiji Inafune worked at Capcom for 23 years before resigning in 2010. He started as a graphics designer at Capcom, did work on Street Fighter, created the character design of Mega Man, and worked on the game's sequels before becoming a producer.
