Last week, we saw some screenshots of the upcoming Back to Karkand DLC for Battlefield 3. Screenshots are all well and good, but videos can paint a whole different picture. Luckily for us, EA and DICE have released a gameplay trailer of Back to Karkand, with all four maps shown in the shiny new game engine. The trailer tells what else we can expect in the DLC, like three new vehicles and ten new weapons. Three of the four maps (sorry Wake Island) feature seven flags to take over so you should hopefully be able to enjoy those maps a little bit longer. Conquest Assault mode makes a return, which should make many Battlefield fans happy. In Conquest Assault mode, one team has to capture all of the flags on a map while the other team defends them. If all the flags are captured, then that team will win.
Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand will launch in December for $14.99. Anyone who pre-ordered the game or bought the Limited Edition will receive the DLC for free.
