It has been a while since we have had a Rainbow Six game, but now we know when to expect a new one. Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Patriots is in development, and we should have it sometime in 2013. Now, that may seem like a ways away (and it is), but it is still good to see Ubisoft return to the Rainbow Six franchise. Rainbow 6 Patriots features a story centered on ethics. You will be in control of Team Rainbow as you face off against the True Patriots, a highly skilled and organized group unhappy with the current American government. It looks like the True Patriots are none too happy about the greedy and corrupt politicians in the US government, and it is up to Team Rainbow to stop the True Patriots. Co-op and multiplayer will be included, with Ubisoft including some new features to "enhance communication and tactical execution between teammates."
Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Patriots will be out in 2013 for the PC and consoles.
