Today marks the first day of November, which means we are ten days away from the launch of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The game comes in two versions, a standard and collector's, and it is the latter that includes plenty of goodies. There is the 12" Alduin statue to lord over your desk, a 200 page art book that showcases nearly everything you could want to see, and a behind-the-scenes DVD to show us everything that goes into making a game on the scale of Skyrim. Today, Bethesda has released a preview video for the behind-the-scenes DVD, which is called Behind the Wall: The Making of Skyrim. This video is just a taste of what the full DVD will have to offer, but already we can see interviews with plenty of the people involved in creating Skyrim. There is also a wealth of in-game footage showing off the cities, people, animals, monsters, and the dragons. We can also see some motion-capture work being done, which should help to make the animations in Skyrim as realistic as possible.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim launches on November 11th for the PC, PS3, and 360.
