Earlier we reported that Team Bondi, the developer behind the exceptional police drama L.A. Noire, was placed into administration. Today, it seems that the closure of the studio is all but assured, marking an end to a troubled company. L.A. Noire was released earlier this year to glowing reviews and soon it will appear on the PC, but shortly after the game's release in May some disturbing reports surfaced. Employee complaints of unfair working conditions and omission from L.A. Noire's credits brought the attention of the International Game Developers Association. A senior Team Bondi developer said that the company would learn from its mistakes, but soon after the studio entered administration. Now, the studio will close, however that will not affect the development of the PC version, which is being handled by Rockstar Leeds. Take-Two owns the L.A. Noire IP, so it is possible a future title could exist with a different developer at the helm.
