When Portal 2 was released, we were promised that some downloadable content would be coming at some point for it. Many wondered exactly when that would be, but today we now have an answer from Valve. The first Portal 2 co-op DLC will be available next week, October 4th, which sees you continue the story of Atlas and P-Body. The DLC is called "Peer Review," and sees the two robots navigate a new "mysterious" test track set up by GLaDOS. I am sure this new test track will be every bit as challenging as the ones in the main co-op campaign, and will provide for hours of enjoyment. The DLC will release next week on all supported platforms and Valve is promising it will be free to all, even those on the PS3 and 360. Along with the new co-op levels, the DLC adds a new single player and co-op Challenge Mode that lets you post up scores to a leaderboard viewable by the Portal community.
Portal 2 "Peer Review" launches on October 4th for the PC, Mac, PS3, and 360.
