Well, it has been a long time coming in the land of Japan, but finally the country is going to have its PlayStation Network service fully restored. Sure, it has been covered before but finally Sony has announced the service will be fully restored in its home country. July 6th will be the date the PS Store and Qriocity return to Japan and I am sure there will be a "Welcome Back" program of its own waiting for the Japanese consumers. I am sure many of the Japanese PS3 owners will be quite happy to get access to the Store and music service, so now they'll be able to catch up on all the demos, trailers, DLC, and other content American and European PS3 owners have been enjoying for over a month. It really is better late than never, and just in time for the dog days of summer.
