Hackers Tweet False Obama Assasination From Fox News Account

Apparently the disbanding of LulzSec hasn't dampened other hackers' attempts to wreak havoc on the Internet. A hacker group who call themselves Scriptkiddies has been credited for breaking into the Fox News Twitter account @foxnewspolitics. The culprits then used the hacked account to report the false news about President Obama's alleged assassination.

Here's how the hackers reported the news: “BREAKING NEWS: President @BarackObama assassinated, 2 gunshot wounds have proved too much. It’s a sad 4th for #america. #obamadead RIP.” However, the tweet was unsubstantiated as the main Fox News account mentioned nothing about any incident relating to the President's shooting or well-being. Other news agencies also report nothing in relation to the outlandish tweet. Fox News has not yet made any statement on the incident.
