CoolIT today released the latest addition to its OMNI line of liquid GPU coolers, the OMNI N590. The OMNI N590, as its name suggests, is specifically designed for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590 video cards. This new cooler from CoolIT is designed to lower the core temperature of the two GF110 graphics processors by up to 30°C while maintaining a quiet computing experience. The first model in the OMNI series, the CoolIT OMNI A.L.C., won the 2010 CES Innovations Design & Engineering Showcase Award and is touted by CoolIT to be the world's first self-contained liquid cooling system for video cards.

Drew Henry, the general manager of NVIDIA's GeForce business unit said that "we are excited about the OMNI N590 as it makes the world's fastest graphics card, even better. PC enthusiasts now have the best components available to build out the fastest, quietest, and coolest gaming rigs ever imagined."

The CoolIT OMNI N590 is available now in complete system builds from retailers such as MAINGEAR, Falcon Northwest and Puget Systems.

They're supposedly making an OMNI that just has inter-changable plates so that you can switch the plates when you upgrade and keep down costs.
