Nintendo has officially announced on May 15th, it is going to drop the price of the Wii down to $149.99. With the new price, comes a new bundle of goodies for your enjoyment! Nintendo will be replacing the Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort bundle with Mario Kart and the Wii Wheel. Along with the steering wheel you will get the Wii Remote Plus and a Nunchuk controller. These peripherals will be white or black depending on the color console you purchase. Nintendo will also launch Nintendo Selects, a collection of very popular games from the past that will be playable on the Wii. Nintendo hopes this will be an easy and affordable way for video game fans to expand their Wii games collection. Some of the games that will be available for $20 are Mario Super Sluggers, Animal Crossing: City Folk, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, and Wii Sports. This will be the first time Wii Sports is available as a separate software purchase.
