Prey 2 is Official

Prey had a development cycle that echoed the one Duke Nukem Forever was on, but Prey was actually released in 2006. It was a good first-person shooter with ideas on level design and space that were years ahead of its time. Now, after nearly five years since the original told us it was coming, Prey is getting a sequel. Prey 2 is in development by Human Head Studios, the guys who made the first one, but not a whole lot is known about the sequel. We do know it is coming out on the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, that Prey 2 will feature an open, alien world, and that it will presumably use a version of id Tech to run it since Bethesda is mentioned, but not much besides that was covered. Prey 2 is scheduled to be released next year, but it seems we will all have to wait until the next gaming magazine issues get released before we see more of the game.

SenitaL on March 16, 2011 09:27PM Only took 5 Years for some Fresh news of the Sequel to appear -_- Seriously last i heard about the Prey 2 Project was back in 2007. The first game was Excellent, and literally finished with the words "To Be Continued" so its about damn time! reply to this
