Google has just released a new version of Chrome, based on a beta version released three weeks ago. The main draw for this new version is a 66% increase in JavaScript performance based on the V8 benchmark suite. This translates to faster web apps for your browser. Additionally, the team has upgraded the interfaces on the browser, allowing for faster navigation through menus to give your browser the optimal setup. A new password feature allows users to share saved passwords across computers, with the ability to encrypt your passwords with a secret phrase for added security. Sandboxing technology has also been added to the integrated Flash Player found in Chrome to help shield your operating system from malicious websites.
