Zotac has just announced its latest product, the ZBOX AD02 series mini-PCs. These mini-PCs are powered by the new AMD E-350 APU and should make for an excellent HTPC. The APU is based on the AMD Fusion platform and combines a 1.6GHz dual-core processor with an HD 6310 GPU on the same chip to provide for stellar performance at a low wattage. The ZBOX AD02 comes in two flavors, the stock AD02 and the AD02 Plus which adds in a hard drive and RAM. The stock AD02 system does not have a hard drive or RAM included so you will need to provide your own, but the entire chassis is tool-free so you shouldn't have any problem building it up. The RAM is of the SO-DIMM variety and the hard drive needs to be a 2.5" model, but you should be unlimited in your choices. Each system has built-in 802.11n WiFi, a 6-in-1 memory card reader, an eSATA port, two USB 3.0 ports on the rear, four USB 2.0 ports (two on the rear, one on the front, one on the top), 7.1 channel audio, and DVI, HDMI, and VGA (by way of an adapter) ports. The operating system can be whatever you choose.

No launch date or price was mentioned for the Zotac ZBOX AD02 mini-PCs.
