Western Digital Releases 750GB Scorpio Notebook Hard Drive

Western Digital has released an addition to its Scorpio line-up of notebook hard drives, the Scorpio Black WD7500BPKT. As it's name suggests, the new drive has a 750GB capacity. This is coupled with a spin speed of 7200RPM and a 16MB buffer, enabling high speed on-the-go computing for consumers. The WD7500BPKT mobile hard drive will be available soon for US$149.99 from select resellers and distributors in the U.S. The drive will also be backed by a five-year limited warranty.
