AMD's first six-core processor, the Phenom II X6 1090T, came out in April with a clock frequency of 3.2GHz and a boosted frequency of 3.6GHz. AMD added the Phenom II X6 1075T processor back in September with a clock frequency of 3.0GHz and a boost frequency of 3.5GHz and a TDP of 125 watts. Now, here it is just a little over two months later and AMD has issued a refresh to its six-core lineup with Phenom II X6 1100T. This refresh takes the core clock speed to 3.3GHz stock with a Turbo Core speed of 3.7GHz. Like the 1075T and 1090T, the 1100T sports 512KB of L2 cache per core (3MB total) and 6MB Shared L3 cache and supports either DDR2 or DDR3 memory and uses the AM3 socket. The 1100T is also a Black Edition processor with an unlocked multiplier.
