Sure, the current generation of consoles is all the rage but there is one problem with them. Not all of the consoles can play older games. Sure, the Wii can have play GameCube games, the Xbox 360 can play most Xbox games, and the PlayStation 3 can play PS1 and some can play PS2 games, but all the games aren't guaranteed to work on the current consoles. The PS3 Slim, the one typically sold, can't even play PS2 games so what is a gamer to do with their stack of PS2 games? Trade them in at a store for a measly amount of credit? Well, you could, or you could buy a new Sony TV that has a PS2 console built right in to the base. The Sony Bravia KDL-22PX300 LCD TV has a large base that conceals an entire PlayStation 2 console, meaning you won't have to ditch all your older games if you have already upgraded to the PS3. The TV is a 22" model with a 720p resolution, plus it has four HDMI ports so you can connect virtually any device to it you wish. You can even plug in an Ethernet cord or Sony's wireless dongle to access content over your network.
Currently, the TV is only available in the UK for £200, but hopefully it will see a release in the US as well.
