Google Announces Free Holiday Wi-Fi

Category: General News
Posted: 06:33PM

Google is bringing back a promotion from last years holiday season. Google is joining forces with three airlines, AirTran, Delta, and Virgin America, to offer free Wi-Fi to passengers. The free Wi-Fi will be available during the period from November 20th to January 2nd. Google liked the feedback it received last year and thought it would make a nice gift this year. I have never used in-flight Wi-Fi, but it would be nice if Jet Blue were a partner in this so I could enjoy it.

Man, too bad this doesn't extend through the first week of January...I would have looked into booking Delta for my flight to CES.

Every time I have booked a flight recently, Delta always seems much more expensive than Jet Blue.
