Lian Li has a new case announcement today aimed at HTPC enthusiasts. The new case is the PC-C50 chassis and should look great in any home theater. The PC-C50 case measures in at 445 x 167 x 325mm, weighs 3.2 kilograms, and comes in black or silver. It features an all aluminum chassis with one exposed 5.25" bay and three internal 3.5" / 2.5" bays. Now, the internal bays are a bit different since they reside on the upper portion of the case just below the top panel. Each hard drive bay does feature anti-vibration mounts and modularity so they can most likely be positioned wherever you like or removed if some aren't being used. The case also has four expansion slots on the rear and the front I/O panel consists of three USB 3.0 ports, one eSATA port, audio in/out, and an MS/SD card reader. There are two 120mm fans pre-installed on the side with an additional 120mm mount on the top panel and an 80mm mount on the rear. Motherboard support includes micro ATX, mini DTX, and mini ITX.
The Lian Li PC-C50 will be available at the end of August for $189.
