The sequel to the award-winning Batman: Arkham Asylum has finally gotten a name. The new game will be titled Batman: Arkham City and it takes place within a localized (and heavily fortified) district of Gotham City called, you guessed it, Arkham City. There Batman will face some new villains including the likes of Mr. Freeze, Talia al Ghul, and Catwoman. Talia al Ghul is the daughter of Ra's al Ghul and will be voiced by Stana Katic, while Mr. Freeze will be voiced by Maurice LaMarche. Mark Hamill will return in his role of the Joker and Hamill has already stated that this will be his last performance of the iconic villain. No further details have been announced at this time, but Batman: Arkham City is slated for a release in Fall of 2011 on the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Rocksteady Studios will still be producing the game so I have high hopes for how it will turn out. Feel free to hit up our discussion on the game and voice your opinion of what you hope is in it.
