Google will release a new tool on Monday designed to help make app creation for Android easier. By opening up the app creation process to those that may not have been able to create them previously, Google hopes to catch Apple in the mobile app market. The tool has been in development for over a year and has been tested by groups that would seem unlikely to be interested in developing apps. Using graphics that represent blocks of code, users are able to create a program in minimal time. Some of the programs cited could prove useful, and with a wider availability, the possibilities are endless.
