Motorola's Droid X Ad Pokes Fun At Apple
Motorola took out a full page ad in the New York Times today to advertise the Droid X, its next generation Android based smartphone. In the ad, Motorola couldn't help but poke fun at Apple's highly publicized iPhone 4 reception issues. The issue dubbed the "death grip" by a number of websites causes the iPhone 4 to lose signal when it is held certain ways, mainly in the left hand. The ad begins by highlighting many of the droid's features, and finishes by saying:
"... And most importantly, it comes with a double antenna design. The kind that allows you to hold the phone any way you like and use it just about anywhere to make crystal clear calls. You have a voice. And you deserve to be heard."
