Following the release of the GeForce GTX 480 and 470 it looks likely that NVIDIA will add a new lower-end card to the series, the GTX 460. The GTX 460 will boast 1GB of GDDR5 memory and run on a 256-bit memory interface. This new model will be targeted at the ATI Radeon HD 5850, in terms of price and hopefully performance. The exact details of the card such as clock speeds and stream processors is not yet known, but I'd expect to see a "watered-down" GTX 470. Interestingly, NVIDIA's AIBs will have free reign in designing the GTX 460 as there will be no standard design. The GTX 460 should be available in early June.
