Microsoft has announced it is working on Windows 7 Service Pack 1, but now it seems that the update has leaked out early. The leaked version does not appear to be the final version of the update, though it seems like it is a recent build. However, Microsoft has not announced when the Service Pack will actually roll out, so there is no telling if this recent build is going to be the final one or if there are more revisions coming. The main feature of the Service Pack is the ability to use RemoteFX, which is an improved version of Remote Desktop. It does seem that the install process for the Service Pack is a lot quicker compared to anything with Vista, so at least you will not have to wait for long to get the update working.
