HIS makes an appearance today with reviews on its HD 5670 and HD 5870 video cards. Solid state drives may be all the rage today, but you're not going to see capacities like those on conventional hard drives any time soon. With native support of SATA 6Gb/sec now making an appearance, you would think the Seagate Barracuda XT 2TB SATA 6G (also reviewed by OCC here) would be a real winner, but testing shows that the new technology doesn't help performance all that much. However, in terms of capacity it can't be beat and it's still a solid performer for a conventional hard drive.
