Prolimatech Announces Armageddon CPU Cooler

Prolimatech today announced its latest CPU cooler, the Prolimatech Armageddon. The Armageddon is nickel plated, features six 6mm heatpipes and a copper base. It can mount two 120mm or 140mm fans, to enhance cooling. The Armageddon supports Intel Sockets 1156 and 1366 out of the box, although AMD's AM2, AM2+ and AM3 Sockets are require an optional retention kit. The new heatsink measures 144x160.3x50mm (WxHxD) and weighs in at 750 grams. Although the Armageddon doesn't come bundled with a fan, it does include PK-1 thermal paste. The Armageddon should be available from April 2 and will be priced at around US$82.
