The ATI Radeon HD 5830 was expected to be released a few weeks back, but technical problems with it led to a last minute delay. We can be expecting it around the end of February or early March. Based on the Cypress LE core, it features 1280 processing cores, 60 texture units and a core clock of 750 MHz, probably to give it that extra boost in performance. It will come with the standard 1GB of GDDR5, clocked at 1000MHz with support for ATI Eyefinity. It will come with a decent amount of connectors, including two DVI ports, a HDMI port and a DisplayPort. According to the listing that the source found, it will be coming to Europe at around €215, which is around $300 – but you can expect it to be much lower in the states at around $250. Stick around for updates.
