Hardware Roundup: Friday Edition

It comes as no surprise that our roundup today is dominated by coverage from CES 2010 which officially opened yesterday in Las Vegas. Steve Ballmer gave the keynote address Thursday evening and showed off a slate PC from HP running Windows 7. We also have coverage from the Digital Experience pre-show event and more. Stay tuned to OCC as we have a team of 11 covering the show this year. In regular hardware coverage we have the Sapphire HD 5870 Vapor-X videocard (you can read the OCC review here). When Danamics announced its liquid metal CPU cooler, it generated buzz along with a bit skepticism on how it would work. Now here we are over 18 months later and Frostytech is teasing us with some preliminary product shots with the promise of some exciting test results.
