McDonald's No Longer Charging For Wi-Fi

McDonald's has announced that starting next month, Wi-Fi at the restaurant chain will be available free of charge. I had no idea it was even offered. Customers must currently pay $2.95 for two hours, which is cheaper than Starbucks. McDonald's is apparently trying to turn itself into a cool spot to hang out, and hopes that people see it as more than a restaurant. With this and the McCafe coffee drinks, McDonald's seems to be trying to be more and more like Starbucks. This certainly won't make me want to go to McDonald's anytime soon.
