Intel has announced that it is delaying the release of its Larrabee graphics processor indefinitely. No new launch was provided, and this isn't the first time it has been pushed back. Intel still intends to release the chip and plans to provide software and hardware to developers next year to begin the adoption of it. The x86 based chip was demoed at the Intel Developer Forum, but it is behind where Intel would like in development. Users will just have to settle for the offerings from ATI and Nvidia a little while longer.
