New Speed Bumps Introduced

In the world of automobiles, it seems like more and more places around the world now have speed bumps installed into the road systems in order to cut down on speeding in low mile per hour limit areas. Just in the central region of Mexico City alone, there are over 18,000 speed bumps to control how fast drivers travel. In a new study however, it seems as if speeds bumps can be made to collapse when drivers are going the slow speed limit, and keep their build if drivers are going over the city or state set limit. This new construction technology should help cut down on emissions, as drivers will not spend as much time slowing their vehicle down for the bump and then attempting to speed up quickly afterwards. It is not yet known though how effective these new speed bumps will be in everyday life and normal driving conditions.

This wouldn't effect me seeing as I don't slow down for them to begin with.

This would be great....although you'd want a bit of a threshold zone, since hitting at ramp at 31mph would be a bad thing
