Several World of Warcraft accounts have been reportedly suspended due to charge backs filed by payment processor PaymentOne. In many of the cases, the users had never used PaymentOne, and those who have had canceled several months ago. PaymentOne offers processing through bills issued to a users' ISP, but users who contacted their ISP found no record of charge backs. PaymentOne has been largely unwilling to help users through this, offering the solution that they just pay the bills. The company has been accused of fraud in the past, and hopefully the users will have their accounts returned to normal soon.
