PowerColor today announced it has added another card to its Go! Green series of videocards with the addition of an HD 4670 card to the lineup. The HD 4670 joins the Go! Green HD 4650/4350 cards announced last month. PowerColor is claiming the Go! Green series consumes up to 38% less power than competing graphics cards and performs up to 36% better in benchmark tests. In addition to the lower power draw, the cards come equipped with massive passive heatsinks to keep noise to a minimum. All cards in the Go! Green series offer DX 10.1 support and come with ATI Stream Technology to harness the power of the GPU in tasks such as video rendering and conversion. PowerColor expects the cards to be available sometime this month as a price yet to be determined.
