Extreme overclocking involves exotic cooling using dry ice, liquid nitrogen or liquid helium and custom made cooling pots designed to lower temperatures on the CPU as far as possible. But all that effort is for naught if you don't have the right processor. AMD has created small number of TWKR Black Edition CPUs for a select few of the overclocking community designed to showcase AMD's advanced technology. You won't be able to buy this processor, but OCC and a select few other sites were granted the unique opportunity to test of of these chips out to see what kind of overclocks could be achieved.
