Corsair Release Their First 80-Plus Gold PSUs

Corsair, manufacturer of high performance memory and power supplies have released two new power supplies that are 80-Plus Gold certified, which is something seen usually for business PSUs.  The two new models come rated at 750W (HX750W) and 850W (HX850W). The HX750W managed 88.04% on 20% load, 90.02% on 50% load and 87.04% at 100% load while the HX850W managed 89.14%, 90.38%, and 87.06% respectively, both are modular and are ATX12V v2.3 and EPS12V 2.91 compliant. They also come at a relatively cheap price of 119 and 132 Euro!
