Lancool will be launching a new series of gaming cases when Computex kicks off the first week of June. Included in the series are four mid-tower models - PC-K56, PC-K58, PC-K60 and PC-K62 - that share similar basic design elements, differing slightly in size and features such as the availability of windowed side panels and cooling options. Lancool may not be a name you're familiar with but the company comes from an impressive lineage as it's a brand owned by Lian Li. The cases are steel instead of the signature all-aluminum Lian Li is known for, but don't let that stop you. The design and build elements of Lian Li are evident in the Lancool cases which feature rolled edges in the interior and a truly tool-less design that encompasses not only all the drives but even extends to the power supply as well which clips in using a clasp - an industry first. Cooling options differ among models but include either 120mm or 140mm front and rear fans with the PC-K60 and PCK62 models sporting dual 140mm top mounted fans as well. All the cases are dimensioned to be able to mount videocards up to 285mm long. The cases are priced from $75-$110US and are expected hit the market by the end of July.
