Sony Ericsson, manufacturer of mobile phones will be releasing a new high-end Smartphone. It was originally called the “Idou”, but now it’s called the “Satio”. The OS is based on the Symbian OS 5th Edition. It will feature a 3.5” screen with a resolution of 360x640, a SanDisk microSD card slot with an 8GB card included. Oh, let’s not forget the 12.2 megapixel camera and support for GSM/GPRS/EDGE with three colours available: Bordeux, Black and Silver. With the kind of features the Satio will bring to the table it is unlikely to be cheap (pricing is yet to be announced), but it will launch "in selected markets" from early Q4 (read: October).
